UIDAI has launched Aadhaar on Wheels mobile van in Hyderabad through which senior citizens can get Aadhaar Card at home. Aadhaar on wheels has been introduced to provide Aadhaar services to senior citizens having difficulty in visiting the enrollment centers due to medical conditions, for availing services for enrollment and updating. 

Aadhaar on Wheels will be operated by CSC e-Governance Services India Limited. Within the GHMC limits four vans will run to provide exclusive service to senior residents having difficulty in mobility due to health conditions. Good initiative from the Centre to reach out to senior citizens living in metro cities of Hyderabad in Telangana.

Senior citizens in Hyderabad, Telangana can avail Aadhaar on Wheels service for enrolment of Aadhaar at doorstep by sending email to roh.help@uidai.net.in or by dialing 040-23119266.  

The request will be maintained in database and covered in a phased manner, area wise and the dates.

The residents will be keep informed of when Aadhaar on Wheels will be coming to their location.

T Ration App is launched in Telangana on 8^th September by the Civil Supplies Department. This app was android based and designed with the help of NIC. Cardholders can download the app in their mobile phone and operate from any place and get access to operational statistics- stock position, distribution patterns. The ration card holder can connect to this app by entering the card number and can findout the nearest ration shop, get direct access to activity of shop.

Applicants can know the status of stocks in go downs, loading and unloading details from the seven applications under G2C and 13 G2G services. This app will make things easier for ration card holders and main idea is to ensure transparency.

T-Ration App can be downloaded free of cost from Google Playstore and also from ePDS website.

Telangana State School Education Department imposed the mandatory Aadhaar rule, issued circular on 26 November asking SSC board not to accept registration of students for SSC exams unless schools submit Aadhaar details of all students from classes I to X.

Please follow the below steps to check the status of Your Aadhar Card through SMS

You Type on Your Mobile (SMS)

UID STATUS <14 DIGIT EID>

and send to

If your Enrollment number is 1800/3689/0279, then you have to send 
UID STATUS 180036890279 to 51969

You have to enter the below details to get AAdhar on Mobile

Enrolment No: Enter 14 digits of Enrolment No. and another 14 digit which contains date and time of enrolment as available in acknowledgment slip.

Enter Your Registered Mobile No. and click on verify

Captcha Image Code: See and enter the Security Code.

Click on GET OTP

Now you will get OTP on your Registered Mobile No. just enter and you will get.
