If Aadhaar Card is lost, misplaced or aadhaar enrolment slip is lost still you have the option to download e-Aadhaar Card by following few steps.
If lost Aadhaar but you have enrolment id you can visit the nearest Aadhaar Enrolment Centre to get it.
If you don't remember your enrolment id you can visit the Aadhaar Enrolment Centre but you have to provide few personal details like name, date of birth, address and your finger print to get e-aadhaar.
To receive lost Aadhaar Number or Enrolment Number, Mobile Number and email id registered at the time of enrolment of Aadhaar Card you provided is mandatory.
Follow the below steps to get lost Aadhaar Number - UID or Enrolment Number - EID online from the official website of UIDAI. You need to fill the below mandatory personal information in the official website.
You have two options to receive by clicking on the options whichever you want
. Aadhaar No - UID . Enrolment No - UID
1. Full Name: Enter Your Name as you registered while enrolment of Aadhaar
2. Email: Enter Your e-mail id as you registered while enrolment of Aadhaar
3. Mobile Number: Enter Your Mobile Number as you registered while enrolment of Aadhaar
4. Enter the Security Code: Enter Captcha Code as displayed
5. Get OTP: Once entered above personal details click on GET OTP tab.
6. Enter OTP Received: You will receive One Time Password on registered Mobile Number/ email id which you have to enter in the below Enter OTP tab.
Enter OTP: __________
After verification of OTP - One Time Password you will get Aadhaar Number to your registered mobile number/ email id which can be downloaded from the UIDAI website.
