This scheme is about registering LPG connection in PAHAL, Direct Benefit Transfer of LPG Scheme to get gas subsidy amount in bank account directly. PAHAL, DBTL will cover India from 1st January, 2015.

If already Aadhaar is linked and you are getting LPG subsidy in bank account than no need to do anything.


How to join PAHAL?

If you have Aadhaar Card
1. Submit Aadhaar number to your Bank and LPG distributor.

If you don't have Aadhaar Card
2. Submit Bank account details to LPG distributor or
    Submit 17 digit LPG Identification Number to your Bank.

If you don't have Aadhaar Card and Bank Account
3. Apply for Aadhaar Card and Open Bank Account and than register for PAHAL.

If you don't register in PAHAL, DBTL than you will get subsidized LPG cylinder for 3 months from date of launch of this scheme.

After 3 months LPG cylinders will be charged as per the market rates for next 3 months. You will get LPG subsidy only if your register for PAHAL scheme within these 3 months.
